Using our Zone Map and Fare Calculator you can plan your trip and know in advance what your journey will cost.
Before commencing your trip find out which zones you will be using via the Zone Map. You can then use the Fare Calculator to work out the cost of your trip. Once you have determined which zone your trip will start in from the map (origin zone), you can cross reference it to your destination zone on the zone calculator. This will indicate how many zones you will cross. Then go to the fare calculator and depending on whether you are a full or concession fare, use the fare calculator to find out the cost of your ticket.
When purchasing your ticket advise the driver of your destination or the zone you want to travel too.
There are 3 ticket options to choose from when purchasing your ticket -
Single Ticket - This is a one way ticket to reach your destination. You must reach your destination no later than 2hours from the time you purchased the ticket but you can also get off and on the bus along the way, as long as you reach your destination within the 2 hour time limit. NB: This ticket does not allow you to return to your original stop.
Daily Ticket - This is an unlimited ticket within the zones purchased until the last scheduled service on the day of issue. You can travel to your destination and back more than once during a day with this ticket.
Weekly Ticket - This is for unlimited travel within the zones purchased for seven consecutive days from the date of purchase. A weekly ticket fare is worked out as 8 x the single fare for the zones travelled.
Please remember our drivers are there to assist you. Try and have the correct change or small notes, to purchase your tickets and have your concession cards ready to show them when boarding the bus.
Arrive at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time and ring the bell when nearing your desired destination stop.
