To receive a concession fare on Duffy's city buses you need to be the holder of an eligible concession card.
Passengers with the following cards receive a 50% concession rate on all Duffy's bus services:-
- Qld pensioner concession card
- Qld gold veterans affairs pensioner card
- Seniors card (all states)
- Eligible full time tertiary students
- Full time primary school students
- Full time secondary school student.
Passengers with following cards travel at no cost on all Duffy's bus services:-
- Vision impairment travel card
- The attendant/carer of a person who holds a companion card
