You must complete a new Qld Transport Bus Travel Assistant Form (BTA) so your details can be updated. This form, your old bus pass, or $20.00 for a replacement, should be returned to Duffys Office. As your 2012 bus pass has your individual information on it, it will need to be reprogramed with the up to date information. If you try and use your old pass, it will be automatically detected as incorrect and will be conviscated.
