I have a Safety Net card from the previous year do I just fill in an existing student form for the new school year?

No, you will need to update your existing bus pass to a new "School n Go' bus pass in person at Duffy's office before the start of the school year. If your student has moved address or school you will need to reapply again. If your student is no longer eligible you will receive a letter from QLD transport advising you of this.
