WHAT TO DO IF I NEED A NEW PASS:
All students traveling on Duffy's City Buses for school purposes must swipe their bus pass each time they board any bus. Swiping the bus pass is like paying a fare and not swiping the bus pass is like fare evasion. Students who do not swipe their bus pass for more than three consecutive days will receive a warning slip by the bus driver. The warning is really just a reminder to parents that the student needs to replace their bus pass if they want to continue receiving bus travel assistance from the Queensland Government.
Process for lost/damaged bus passes:
Duffy's will replace any faulty passes free of charge - however any damaged/lost/stolen bus passes are to be replaced at the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
If you have lost/damaged your bus pass simply ask the driver to give you a "Bus Pass Replacement Form". Fill the form out and hand this along with the $20 replacement back to the driver the following day. The office will then process the replacement.
ALL PASSES ARE POSTED BACK TO THE STUDENTS REGISTERED ADDRESS.
Alternatively you can come into the office and it can all be done in-house and pass issued their and then. Just click on the PDF below to print our a Bus pass replacement form.
